All admitted international students receive financial aid and scholarships that cover 100% of tuition, room, board, and fees for the first year of enrollment. In subsequent years, international students are expected to save $1,000 (US) to contribute toward their expenses. The College does provide summer jobs to international students so that they may meet this obligation.
Accepted international students are also expected to pay a $50 (US) entrance fee and a $2,200 (US) deposit to confirm their enrollment. This deposit can be used by international students for certain expenses during their four years of enrollment. For students who are unable to pay all or a portion of the deposit, additional financial aid is available.
Eligibility:
International applicants must meet university entrance requirements in their own country and be able to present outstanding secondary or leaving exam results. Applicants must submit a complete application packet and it must arrive in the Office of Admissions by November 30.
Applicants must also present results from one of the following approved standardized tests: TOEFL, IELTS, ACT or SAT. While scores from more than one test will be considered, applicants are required to submit scores from only one of these four tests. The minimum score required for each test is:
• TOEFL: 520 (paper-based); 190 (computer-based); 68 (internet-based)
• IELTS: 6 overall and 5 in each exam area
• ACT: 19 Composite
• SAT I: 1330 Combined Score (for tests taken before March, 2016) or 980 Combined Score (for tests taken after March, 2016)
Applicants must be fluent in the English language in both oral and written areas.

The amount of the scholarship can be up to 10.000 Euro for 1 year. The scholarship will always cover the tuition fee for 1 year, the insurance and a basic health insurance coverage. The amount awarded for living expenses can vary.
For two-year Master’s programmes, the scholarship for the second master year will be only be continued on the condition that the student had outstanding results the first master year.

Eligibility Requirements:
You can only apply for a scholarship if you meet the following requisites:
  • •  Nationality and Country of Residence
A candidate should be a national and resident of one of the 31 countries of the VLIR-UOS country list for scholarships (not necessarily the same country) at the time of application.
  • •  Age
The maximum age for a Master programme candidate is 35 years for an initial masters and 40 years for an advanced masters. The candidate cannot succeed this age on January 1 of the intake year.
  • •  Professional background and experience
Priority is given to candidates who are employed in academic institutions, research institutes, governments, the social economy or NGOs, or who aim at a career in one of these sectors. However, master candidates employed in the profit sector or newly graduated candidates without any work experience can be eligible for the scholarship as well, depending on their motivation and profile. The training candidate should have relevant professional experience and a support letter confirming (re)integration in a professional context where the acquired knowledge and skills will be immediately applicable.

President’s PhD Scholarships at Imperial College London

Chalmers IPOET Scholarships for International Students

Emile Boutmy Scholarships for Non-EU Students at Sciences Po

The Emile Boutmy Undergraduate Programme can take different forms ranging from €3,000 to €12,300 for 3 years of undergraduate study. On an exceptional basis, a scholarship of €19,000 may be granted to cover the three years of College.
Masters Level
The Emile Boutmy Master’s Programme can take different forms – either a grant of €10,000 per year to cover tuition fees for the two years of the Masters or a tuition grant of €5,000 per year for the two years of the Masters.
